1. Right of Withdrawal — 14 Days
In accordance with French law (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to return a product, without having to justify your decision.
2. Return Conditions
To be accepted, the return must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging
- The return must be initiated within 14 days of receipt
- You must contact us beforehand at contact@oorha.com to receive return instructions
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
4. Return Procedure
- Send an email to contact@oorha.com with your order number and the reason for the return
- We will provide you with the return address within 48 business hours
- Ship the product using a tracked service
- Send us the tracking number
5. Refund
Once the return is received and verified, we will issue a refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned package.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase (Stripe or PayPal).
6. Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at contact@oorha.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange the return and the replacement or refund at no cost to you.
