1. SELLER IDENTIFICATION
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Oorha, whose registered office is located in Orvault (44700), France, reachable at contact@oorha.com, and any customer making a purchase on the oorha.com website.
2. PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are those listed on the site at the time of ordering. Oorha reserves the right to modify its catalog at any time. Photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and have no contractual value.
3. PRICES
Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included. Oorha reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
4. ORDERS
An order is confirmed once these Terms and Conditions of Sale have been accepted and payment has been made in full. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the customer shortly after the order is placed.
5. PAYMENT
Payment is made online, securely, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or via PayPal. All transactions are encrypted. Oorha does not store any banking data.
6. DELIVERY
Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days depending on the destination. These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on logistical and customs conditions.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification. Contact us at contact@oorha.com. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
8. REFUND
If a withdrawal is accepted, the refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method.
9. LEGAL WARRANTIES
All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Art. L217-4 of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Art. 1641 of the French Civil Code). If a product is non-conforming or defective, please contact us at contact@oorha.com.
10. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data collected during an order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy & GDPR.
11. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of Oorha’s registered office.
